[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] Quadrant data missing in MRMS

Matt,

Please provide a time that you see this and I'll look on our set of data
here.

I do see the NW part of the US being empty but in the past few minutes some
data has appeared in NErn ID and Wrn MT.

longer uses email for communication, but uses SNAIL mail, telephone calls,
