Thanks for restoring the data flow.

It appears the outage for real-time data (e.g. data received <= 5 minutes
from the wall clock time, or approximately 1 volume scan) was approximately
0007Z - 0145Z, or ~98 minutes.

longer uses email for communication, but uses SNAIL mail, telephone calls,
