[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS data outage.

All,

the NCO MRMS has been out from the last hour (since ~3:10 EDT) with a data
flow issue before it hits our building.  We are aware of the issue, and are
working to ensure the fix is reached as soon as possible.
