[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] [Ncep.list.idp_support] Missing MRMS file

MRMS customers,

We have experienced some widespread system issues this morning that have
caused a loss of MRMS products.   Unfortunately the issue was on both the
primary and backup tier, so we will not be able to retrieve files to fill
the gap.

At this point the infrastructure issues have been resolved, and MRMS is
once again producing the full suite of products, though I expect a few of
the long term (multi-hour) products may have additional gaps during the
recovery.
