[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] MRMS LDM Users: Transition to Boulder

All:

We saw Tony's recommendation this morning to restart LDM on our end again
and at least for 13 and 14z, the MRMS grids came in with a 04z timestamp.
We will monitor for the rest of the day and see if this is consistent. We
had done the same yesterday with our local LDM and did not seem to make a
difference, but maybe things have stabilized some since then?
