[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] IDP MRMS Upgrade Notification

Dear MRMS Users:

The IDP Multi-Radar/Multi-Sensor (MRMS) application is beginning a 30-Day
Acceptance Test of version 10.5.1. Here is what’s new in MRMS 10.5.1:

   - RIDGEII processing to produce both GRIB2 and GeoTIFF files
   - Increased number of hydrological datasets from HADS gauges
   - Proper inclusion of KLGX in 2D mosaic products
   - Improvements to lower latency of severe weather products

If the 30-Day Acceptance Test of MRMS 10.5.1 is successful, the IDP
Onboarding Team anticipates that the operational MRMS will be upgraded by
December 15, 2015. The upgrade process will begin on Monday, November 30,
2015, and continue into the following week.
