[Ncep.list.idp.mrms.users] impact to MRMS products

MRMS Users,

Please be advised MRMS products may be degraded due to several radars sites
not being able to get level II radar data to the Radar Operations Center.
On Sunday morning there was a fiber cut that is causing the outage of
several radar sites in Texas and Oklahoma.  The following sites are
impacted:

Norman (KTLX)
Vance (KVNX)
Midland (KMAF)
Lubbock (KLBB)
Fort Smith (KSRX)
Frederick (KFDR)
Tulsa (KINX)

The team that handles this data is working to get the connections repaired,
but at this time we do not know when the data will return.
