There is an issue with the following services that prevents display of
tropical cyclone information:

   - NWS_Forecasts_Guidance_Warnings/NHC_Atl_trop_cyclones
   - NWS_Forecasts_Guidance_Warnings/NHC_Atl_trop_cyclones_active
   - NWS_Forecasts_Guidance_Warnings/NHC_E_Pac_trop_cyclones
   - NWS_Forecasts_Guidance_Warnings/NHC_E_Pac_trop_cyclones_active

The team is working towards a solution.
