[Ncep.list.idp-gis-status] Missing geometries in WFS requests

Hi,

I have been downloading and archiving the watches/warnings using the WFS
REST service at:

http://idpgis.ncep.noaa.gov/arcgis/services/NWS_Forecasts_
Guidance_Warnings/watch_warn_adv/MapServer/WFSServer

After the upgrade to ArcGIS Server 10.5, I now get 'nil' values for
<shape>, e..g.

<watch_warn_adv:shape xsi:nil="true"></watch_warn_adv:shape>

whereas I used to get a geometry for this field, e.g.

Are there additional request parameters that are now required? My old
request (GET) was:

http://idpgis.ncep.noaa.gov/arcgis/services/NWS_Forecasts_Guidance_Warnings/watch_warn_adv/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetFeature&service=WFS&typeName=watch_warn_adv:WatchesWarnings
