NOAA IDP-GIS Status Message

Effective July 24th, 2017 the NOAA Integrated Dissemination Program (IDP) 
Geographic Information System (GIS) software used to generate geospatial web 
services was upgraded from ArcGIS Server 10.2 to the ArcGIS Server 10.5 which 
provides a more stable platform for running the geospatial web services.  This 
upgrade should not affect the end user because the DNS did not change with 
this software upgrade.


In addition to the software upgrade the following NWS products were added to 
the suite of geospatial web services provided through IDP.  The watches, 
warning and advisory service was also updated to address issues raised by 
consumers of the service.


The new IDP geospatial web services can be accessed with the following links :
