[Ncep.list.idp-gis-status] NWS Geospatial Web Services are officially operational

Effective March 28, 2016 the National Weather Service Geospatial Web
Services are officially operational at the following URL:

https://idpgis.ncep.noaa.gov

The legacy services currently running at NWS Southern Region (SRH) have
been migrated and upgraded to newer webmapping software, an open source
database, and more robust infrastructure.  Additionally, the new geospatial
web services provide users with both time-enabled services and OGC Web
Mapping Services (WMS).

The IDP-GIS team would appreciate your feedback to the following email:
idp.gis.support at noaa.gov.  If you experience trouble accessing
https://idpgis.ncep.noaa.gov, please send email to sdm at noaa.gov with a
description of your access problem.
