[Ncep.list.idp-gis-status] Release 1.1

A new release of IDP-GIS has been implemented.  This release includes new
services from NOS/CO-OPS, NWS/CPC, NWS/WPC, NWS/SRH RFC.  This release also
includes updates to  NWS/NDFD_temp service.

The new services in this release include:

Cosmetic changes to the  NDFD_temp service

   -

   “Footprint” title changed to “Label” for all layers
   -

   All labels off as default when first accessing the service
   -

   Improved REST page with links to graphics, download location and future
   metadata record
