NOAA IDP-GIS Status Message

Update was made to AHPS River Guage service:
http://idpgis.ncep.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/NWS_Observations/ahps_riv_gauges/MapServer

1) Change in symbology was made to the layers to match the AHPS web page
<http://water.weather.gov/ahps/>.

2) Removed “Out of Service” guage layer.

Note:  Since the “Out of Service” layer was removed, layerID 14 no longer
exists.  If your application is consuming services by layerIDs then please
verify the layerIDs being consumed are the layerID for the data intended
for consumption.
