schedule to which all bureaus must adhere. In order to meet this obligation, the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) must receive all requests for discretionary training from its other-agency partners no later than Friday, August 17, 2018. Enrollments for mandatory
training (e.g., FACT, SOS/HTSOS, etc.), in which the assignment has been made after August 17 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this deadline is in response to a Department-wide effort to collect reimbursable funds in compliance
with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A11 and 31 U.S. Code § 1535 - Agency Agreements.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
