<div dir="ltr">Good Morning All,
<div> After some recent confusion with regards to electronic E2
approval and the travel memo, International Affairs has
decided to send out a template travel memo. We have been
receiving different travel memos, some from the traveler and
some from supervisors. In order to have more accountability
and uniformity throughout the process, it has been determined
by IA that the travel memos should be from whoever approves
the travel in E2, through their leadership, and then to either
John Murphy or Kevin Cooley. I have attached an example that
can be used as a template. I also understand that there may
be some instances where the "from" and the "through" line may
be the same person, in this instance you will not need to fill
out the "through"section. If you have any questions regarding
this please feel free to contact me directly via email (please
do not reply all), gChat or phone. I know this may take some
time to implement, in the mean time, IA will accept old memos
as well.</div>

<div>Thank you for your understanding in this matter, this is an
evolving process and we welcome any input.</div>
