been sent out for the 2019 IAEM Annual Conference
<https://iaemconference.info/2019/>.  You'll note the spreadsheet includes
assigned slots for each region, NCEP and OWP; AFS will fund these slots.  The
annual conference provides an excellent opportunity to engage with our core
partners in a personal and effective way. Louis wants the NWS to have a
strong presence and the portfolios are encouraged to fund the appropriate
staff to attend. Please add names of your participants after the green
