You are receiving this email because you are an E2 Solutions Customer.



Periodically, the Department of Commerce, which operates the E2 Solutions
travel application, makes changes to their access request form.  The most
current version of the form is always published on their Commerce
Connection website.  To obtain that form, users should:


   - Go to the NOAA Finance Office, Financial Systems Division webpage at
   https://www.corporateservices.noaa.gov/finance/FOFSD_Home.html
   - Click on the Request System Access link in the "I Need To:" box in the
   upper right corner of the page.
   - Click on the E2 Solutions Access Request Form link under the CBS User
   Access Request Forms section
   - Click on the E2 System Access Request Form
   - Download a copy of that form, complete the form, and send it to NOAA
   Client Services for processing

Users should follow these steps every time they submit an E2 access request
to ensure they are using the most current form.  Users who save copies of
forms to their desktop to be reused run the risk of missing important
changes.  Older versions of forms will not be accepted and will be returned
to the submitter.
