[Ncep.list.grouptravel] Foreign Travel clearance process

All,

As a reminder, attached is the foreign travel process presentation (updated
by IA in May 2018).

Here are the deadlines for foreign travel packages to reach IA:

ScenarioTimeframe
Traveler does not have a passport and requires a visa 6-8 Weeks
Traveler does not have a passport and will not require a visa 6-8 Weeks
Traveler has a passport and will require a visa 4 Weeks
Traveler has a passport and will not require a visa 3 Weeks

If your Center has a late package, please make sure to include a reason in
the justification memo. Also, please give IA a heads up if it will be late.
