Below is the order of the signature approvals for the Group Travel (GT)
Conference Approval Transmittal Form. Your internal office decides the
director/manager(s) who are approving the travel. The POC will always be
the first person on the Form and the office director/manager(s) will
follow.


>> *If the GT is under $200K*:
>> Office POC
>> Office Director/Manager
>> Carla Wallace - Group Travel Manager
>> Bob Ransom - DCFO
>> Katie Garrett - DCFO
>> Mary Erickson - DAA

>> *If the GT is over $200K*
