Attached are the Bi-Weekly Pay Cap memos that have been issued thus far.
We need your help to ensure these memos are distributed to the appropriate
officials and personnel in your respective organizations (managers,
timekeepers, etc.).  WFMO has informed me that packages to pay NWS
employees’ wages earned that exceed the bi-weekly pay cap are being
submitted without either respective attached memo because timekeepers have
not received them.
