Subject: PLEASE READ: Status of 2017 AGU travel package

Good Afternoon everyone,

Many of you have inquired about the status of the 2017 AGU package and it
is still *not* approved yet.  I just received a few questions about it from
DOC and am working on answering their concerns.

In the meantime, can you please look over the attached list of attendees
and let me know if everyone from your offices is still planning to attend
the conference?  I have a list full of people on my waiting list who would
appreciate a slot if there is one available.  Please let me know by COB
Wednesday, November 1st so that I may let the next potential traveler know
that they can attend.
