Please note the guidance below that John Murphy is now approving foreign
travel for NCEP, not Mary Erickson. Please address the justification memo
to
John D. Murphy, Chief Operating Officer, NWS.

Please see complete guidance below regarding routing in Travel Manager.

Good Afternoon All,
  The DAA has delegated the approval of foreign and gifted travel for all
offices under COO and OPPSD to either John Murphy or Kevin Cooley.

Please go into your routing lists in travel manager and replace Mary
Erickson's name with John D. Murphy's or Kevin Cooley's name in the
NON-DELEGATED category.

John's info in travel manager:
John D. Murphy
0000-89361

Kevin's info in travel manager:
Kevin Cooley
0000-40586

If you have any questions as to how to do this, please contact client
services.

All CD-15s must also be adjusted to reflect either John or Kevin's name in
place of Mary's.   If you have any questions as to who your memos or travel
packages should be routed through, please consult your XO's.

Every other aspect of the foreign travel process remains the same.  NWS/IA
will need to clear every package.

NWS/IA looks forward to working with everyone toward a smooth transition.
