[Ncep.list.grouptravel] AMS group travel approved

All,

I have talked to NWS Chief of Staff and confirmed that the AMS Group travel
was approved. At this time, only the main list was approved, not the
waitlist. I am still waiting for an official email to come out from HQ.

In the meantime, AFS has sent out further guidance below with accounting
information. I do not know if other portfolios will do the same. The
following people who were on the main list should use the AFS accounting
below. All others on the main list should use your own Center's codes.

Budget Officers,



AFS is funding 99 people to attend AMS.  We budgeted $254K for the
conference and we are up to that funding ceiling. We are using 1043 funds.
The attached spreadsheet contains the names of the people AFS is funding –
please do not bill anyone else’s travel to the AFS portfolio.



In order for AFS to pay for their trip, AMS travelers will need to use the
following accounting information in E2:
