      <p>Basic GOCART aerosol capability has been added to
        global-workflow for running a single forecast (enough for the
        prototypes). The capability for continuous aerosols (starting
        subsequent cycles from the previous forecast's aerosols) will be
        added in the near future.</p>
      <p>To turn on aerosols, there is a new --aerosols option for
        setup_expt.py. The option takes no arguments.</p>
      <p>GOCART output files will be placed in a new 'chem' directory in
        COM. During archival, a new 'chem.tar' tarball will be created
        containing the GOCART output files.<br>
      </p>
      <p>Emissions are currently only on disk through 2019, so more
        recent dates likely will not work out of the box. Emissions are
        available on all three tier-1 machines (WCOSS-Dell, Hera,
        Orion).<br>
