repositories:</p>

remove ccpp/framework and ccp/physics directories and add
submodules</p>
<p>In order to simplify merge of the CCPP framework and physics
the local copies of ccpp/framework and ccpp/physics
directories are deleted and replaced with git submodules
pointing to NCAR GitHub repositories. (<a class="external"
href="https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-framework">https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-framework</a>
and <a class="external"
href="https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-physics">https://github.com/NCAR/ccpp-physics</a>).</p>
<p>Full suite of regression tests has been executed on Theia and
WCOSS Cray and Dell and results are bit identical to the
current baseline.</p>
