For non-NOAA users, the vlab account user name needs to be provided to code managers.</font></p><p style="text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2) How to propose code changes:</font></p><p style="text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Attached is the slide on fv3 code management from EMC management. It is important that developers start with a vlab ticket(issue) to describe the proposed work and the expected code and science impact before working on the code. Please make sure to list the project associated with the work.
