[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] global-workflow: GFSv16 now in production!

The Global Forecast System (GFS) version 16.0.7 was implemented into WCOSS
production effective with today's 1200UTC model run. Congratulations to
everyone involved! This is a huge upgrade and took many many hours of hard
work, the tailend of which occurred during truly unprecedented times! Thank
you to everyone involved! 🎉📣🎊😀

There will be a series of post-GFSv16-implementation wrap-up commits this
week; the biggest being the merge of the GFSv16 release branch into the
operations branch and the official GFSv16.0.7 global-workflow tag. Look for
upcoming global-workflow announcements!

And then...onto GFSv17+ and the UFS!
