All,

I'm looking to shave some older files out of the global dump archive (GDA)
to make room on WCOSS. Specifically I'd like to remove the p-dumps
currently within the GDA for the GFSv13 and GFSv14 implementations. The
p-dumps are the "production" dumps produced in para mode leading up to an
implementation, essentially the new production dumps that will replace the
current production dumps the day of the upgrade. Those para dumps are saved
in the gdasp and gfsp subdirectories for each cycle when available. They
are in the GDA on WCOSS but not Theia.

The p-dumps for the GFSv13 implementation only exist for the first couple
weeks of the current GDA time-period, which covers May 2016 to present.
They will not be used for the GFSv16 parallels so no need to keep them but
I am double checking still.

The p-dumps for the GFSv14 implementation exist for mid-April 2017 to
mid-July 2017. I have been told they will likely not be needed for the
GFSv16 parallels either but as with the GFSv13 p-dumps I'm double checking.

The p-dumps for the GFSv15 implementation are not currently on the chopping
block.

*Please let me know by COB Wednesday if you feel you will need these p-dump
files for your tests on WCOSS. I will be removing them Thursday if no one
needs them. *This round of removal will not impact the production
(gdas/gfs) or experimental (gdasx[y]/gfsx[y]) dumps in the GDA...just the
p-dumps.

Thanks all!
