[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] global-workflow master updated

Hi,

global-workflow master has just been updated. This update reproduced NCO
pre-implementation parallel for FV3 GFS v15.1.1.

Fixes included:

- Patch missing lowres gsi fix file. global_berror.l64y98.f77 and
global_berror.l64y194.f77 (Checkout from gsi rev. a6724)
- Update config.anal to use historical ozinfo files. (Vlab #64274)
- Clean up extra files from ufs_utils commit. (Vlab #64141)
- Disable vrfy jobs from first half cycle. (Vlab #64795)

Please update your checkout as need. The following locations have been
rebuild with this latest update.
