Dear all,

Following changes were committed to the NEMSfv3gfs repositories:

Ticket #48997 <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/48997>: Integrate
CCPP physics and framework into NEMSfv3gfs

The Common Community Physics Package (CCPP) is a library of physical
parameterizations for atmospheric numerical models. It is implemented with
a framework that enables its use with any host application. This framework
and the CCPP compliant physics package are integrated into the NEMSfv3gfs
model during this commit. The CCPP framework and CCPP physics are pointing
to NCAR's github repository ccpp_framework and ccpp_physics. New CCPP
regression tests have been set up and running on theia and wcoss dell with
rt.sh. Some portability changes for GNU and PGI compilers on Theia and
Cheyenne are added. In FV3, changes related to CCPP host model are added.
Some bugs in Thompson microphysics scheme are fixed. There is no impact on
other FV3 IPD gfsphysics features.

Due to the changes above, new baseline (trunk-20190613) are created. The
regression test passed on theia, wcoss phase1/2, cray and dell.

Cheers!
