[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Dump availability during Surge outage

All,

As a reminder while Surge (dev-Cray) is unavailable for storage work today
the dates in the global dump archive (GDA) housed on the Crays will also be
unavailable (from all dev parts of WCOSS). Those dates are: 2016040100 to
2018053118

This will also be a fact of life when we move production to the Dells. The
oldest part of the GDA will continue to reside on the Crays and will be
pointed to from the new main GDA location on the Dells, just as it is from
phase 1 location currently.

The new GDA will be premiered in May...stay tuned for details on that!
