Dear all,

Following changes were committed to the FV3 git repository:

Task #44637 <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/44637>: In-line
documentation for 2017 GFS cumulus convection schemes

In-line documentation for 2017 GFS cumulus convection schemes has been
made. In addition, the convection schemes were renamed; the aerosol number
concentration was changed and the starting updraft velocity at cloud base
is changed from the grid-scale velocity at cloud base to zero. The impact
of these changes is small.
