Dear all,

Following changes were committed to the NEMSfv3gfs and FV3 repository:

Ticket #46522 <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/46522>: add
capability to output time averaged precipitation types.
Per user's request, FV3GFS model code was updated to have the capability to
compute and write out time averaged precipitation types.

Ticket #46297 <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/46297>: patches
for io and stochastic physics
-A fix is added to compute surface pressure when delp is not requested in
diag_table.
-A fix on restarting random patterns from an external file for stochastic
physics and a patch to speed up reading the stochastic patterns are added

Ticket #46641 <https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/46641>: Update
ESMF lib to ESMF release candidate
The ESMF release candidate ESMF 7.1.0 beta snap 52 was installed on the fv3
supported platforms. The regression test was conducted on all the platforms
and was compared with current baselines. The results show that the new lib
does not change baseline results and the model performance is compatible to
current esmf lib 7.1.0beta snap 39 in current NEMSfv3gfs master branch.
