[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Global dump archive age off on Theia next week

All,

The /scratch4/NCEPDEV/global space on Theia is at 95% full and so it's time
to clean it up a bit, which includes aging off the oldest dates in the
global dump archive.

*The following dates are targeted for removal: 2015110100 to 2016043018*

This will leave the following dates available in the archive on Theia:
2016050100 to present

*Please let me know by COB next Monday August 20th if you need dump data
within the targeted range.*
