[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Upcoming FV3 trunk commit: ticket #14:addition of stochastic physics and ticket 24: Add IAU capability

Dear all,

There is an upcoming commit to the FV3 trunk involving ticket #14: addition
of stochastic physics( https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3/ticket/14) and
ticket 24: Add IAU capability (
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3/ticket/24)

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3/branches/stochy
If you have any questions about the changes, please direct them to Philip
Pegion.

The fv3 app
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/apps/NEMSfv3gfs/trunk

will be updated with all the new log files and the latest fv3 trunk
revision.

The changes will be committed between 10-11AM on Monday, Sept 25. You are
encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
