There is an upcoming commit to the FV3 trunk involving ticket #29:
introduce GFDL microphysics regression test into the regression test suite (

Changes can be viewed in the following Subversion branch:

The fv3 app
https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/nems/apps/NEMSfv3gfs/trunk

will be updated with all the new log files and the latest fv3 trunk
revision.

The changes will be committed between 10-11AM tomorrow Thursday, Sept 21.
You are encouraged to review the code before it is committed.
