Dear FV3 developer,

If you are generating ssh keys on theia in order to set up VLAB gerrit,
please read following information from theia administrator:

------------------------

When new keys are generated on Theia, one additional step is required to
prevent MPI jobs from failing. After the keys are generated, users should
run the following command on Theia:

                cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys

If this is not done the MPI jobs will keep hanging until wall time is
exceeded.
------------------------

I added this information in the google doc "make changes in VALB
NEMSfv3gfs" at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zYCHRYoWnpYZoPatsz-uEce-
_e8DoqsK9HIE3o7nvXE/edit#. Thanks.
