[Ncep.list.fv3-announce] Update on FV3 issues on Theia and Luna

Dear all,

After theia was rebooted last night, the NEMSfv3gfs model is working. The
issues with theia upgrades are under investigation on theia test machine,
Selene.  Just to clarify as I got some emails checking on the status.
