VLab Users,

This morning the IDP experienced an issue with one of the chassis in
College Park. This has impacted all the vms running on that chassis. This
affected several VLab VMs. The NCO wants to migrate all of those vms off
that current chassis. Once that has occurred, we should be able to restore
access to collaboration services.
