[Ncep.list.emc.npsr] Potential Distress Situation During NPSR Confernece Call

We have received notice that a female caller was on the NCEP Production
Suite Conference call around 2:45 today.  The woman may have been in some
distress.  Please contact William Lapenta at 202-251-3966 or via e-mail,
Bill.lapenta at noaa.gov if you are in need of assistance or of you heard the
female caller, and can provide any additional information.
