the rainfall amounts received were at normal to slightly above normal levels,
particularly in southeastern China, Kashmir India, Nepal, parts of the Middle
East, and Indonesia. For the past 30 days, slightly above normal rainfall
across the Middle East,. Elsewhere the rainfall amounts received were mixed.
Near normal rainfall fell over Australia, except the south east.</p>

vicinity. For the next two weeks, the NCEP GFS model forecasts near to below
normal rainfall over much of the south and south east Asian countries, except
over parts of Burma and South China Sea countries.</p>
