north western regions. Elsewhere, the rainfall amounts </span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:serif,serif">received</span><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:"Source Serif Pro",serif"> were at normal to slightly above normal levels,
particularly in southeastern China, Kashmir India, Nepal, parts of the Middle
East, and Indonesia. For the past 30 days, slightly above normal rainfall in a
scattered fashion across the Middle
East,. Elsewhere the rainfall amounts received were mixed.</span></p>

past week, overall, above normal rainfall fell across the Middle East, and
below normal fell across southeast Asia. Almost no rainfall fell over
Australia. For the next two weeks, the
NCEP GFS model forecasts rainfall occurring over deep southern India, above
