northern Mozambique, portions of southern Tanzania, and northern Madagascar.</span></p>

Basin and Central Brazil.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">During the last 7 days (29 February-6 March 2016),
below-average precipitation was observed over the northwestern and eastern
Amazon Basin, and portions of central and Northeast Brazil.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Above-average precipitation was observed over
northern Bolivia and neighboring western Brazil.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For 7-13 March 2016, above-average precipitation is
predicted for northern, western and portions of southeastern Brazil.
Below-average precipitation is indicated for Colombia, Ecuador, eastern Brazil,
