rainfall over northern DRC, western Uganda, Rwanda, parts of eastern Zambia,

<p class="MsoNormal">Long-term rainfall deficits increased over most of the
Amazon Basin and Central Brazil.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">During the last 7 days (15-21 February2016), below-average
precipitation was observed over most of the Amazon Basin, and portions of central
and Southeast Brazil and Bolivia.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>Above-average precipitation was observed over portions of northern Peru,
and northern and eastern Argentina.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For 22-28 February 2016, below-average precipitation is
predicted for the central and eastern Amazon Basin, and portions of Central and
Southeast Brazil.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Above-average
precipitation is predicted for Peru, western Bolivia, Paraguay and southern
