outlooks call for an increased chance for above-average rainfall over much of

and Kenya. In contrast, there is an increased chance for below-average rainfall
over northern Nigeria, southern Niger, and western Chad.</span></p>

near-average across the western Mexico and southwestern U.S., and slightly
below-average over the eastern part of Mexico.</p>

the western and central Mexico and near-average over southwestern US during the
next two weeks.</p>
