[Ncep.list.emc.monsoondesk] GEFS Initial Condition

Respected Sir,
Test run for the provided files has been done at IITM. We have encountered the following error while separating the storm and environment :
line number 609 --forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred
610 --Image PC Routine Line Source
611 --gefs_vortex_separ 0000000000545879 Unknown Unknown Unknown
613 --Stack trace terminated abnormally.
Please find the error & output files for the same attached in this mail.
This error seems to be because of mismatch between vertical coordinate of the gec00.t18z.sf06(downloaded from http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/modeldata/cfsv2_analysis_HIC/2014/201406/20140609/cfsv2_analysis_HIC_2014060918.tar/cdas.t18z.sf06 and renamed to gec00.t18z.sf06 ) and gec00.t00z.sf06(provided by Monsoon desk on our request).
We would be obliged if the solution can be provided to the above mentioned problem at the earliest.

As you have requested for GEFS initial conditions, they are uploaded at the following ftp site :

To run with these initial conditions you have to copy or link them to your /nwges directory and copy or link the surface analysis to all other members.
In order to run the GEFS initialization jobs you also need gfs.t??z.sanl, gfs.t??z.sfcanl, gfs.t??z.syndata.tcvitals.tm00 , and avn.t??z.cyclone.trackatcfunix files from your current GFS cycle, and also the sfcsig/*sf06* and track files from the previous GEFS cycle. Our GEFS team lead Dr. Yuejian is also cc'd in this email, if you have questions you can ask him as well.
Let us know, whether you can access those files at ftp. As the ftp space is limited, please email monsoondesk after you successfully download the initial condition files. We can then send 10th June, 2014 output files for comparison. Thanks.

Along with the initial conditions , Kindly provide us the output files of GEFS run initiated on 10/06/2014 for each job (eg. JGEFS_INIT_SEPARATE, JGEFS_INIT_ET, JGEFS_INIT_COMBINE etc.)and output files of individual ensemble members.
This will help us to validate our test run.
