[Ncep.list.emc.glopara-support] T574 parallel on vapor

I am trying to run a parallel cycle on vapor.  The gdas steps all seem to work, 
but the gfs anal step bombs each time in the global_gsi.  And example:

ERROR: 0031-161  EOF on socket connection with node v3n3

The gdas anal step has no such issues.  The output files are at 
/gpfs/v/scratch/ptmp/mgd0sa/rotdatprx
