 Update {{{checkout.sh}}} in {{{global_shared.v15.0.0/sorc}}} to pull GSI &
 EnKF components through VLAB gerrit using git.   This is a temporary
 patch.  The checkout, installation, and build of FV3 GFS components will
 be revisited at a later date.

 The updated {{{checkout.sh}}} was tested on Luna from the
 {{{emc.glopara}}} and {{{Russ.Treadon}}} accounts.  Directory {{{gsi.fd}}}
 was created and populated.
