 I have updated code to allow a choice of interpolation methods by use of a
 namelist variable: NEW_PSINT.  Default is .false., which results in linear
 interpolation of pressure.  setting NEW_PSINT=.true. changes the
 interpolation to assume a US standard atmosphere.
