 The C768 terrain was recreated using GMTED2010 (using the branch at
 r93038) and compared to GTOPO30.  Difference plots for each tile are
 attached:

 The most widespread differences were over Greenland.  Since the test used
 the RAMP data for Antarctica (as is currently done), there were no
 differences there.
